uppsala is back in service and everything should be pretty much back to normal. I am relieved to note that despite the need to wipe the RAID cache, no data appears to have been lost. One wonders when Apple will finally go to a "big boy" filesystem like AIX's JFS/JFS2, which has never let me down in two decades, as opposed to HFS+ which can poop its pants on a bad day.
